Easy to Organise
At Sport Experiences, we minimise the workload of organising a tour by taking care of every aspect of the travel, accommodation and sporting arrangements. For each of our tours we produce a specific Tour Information Pack or provide a personalised quotation, which include full details of the travel and accommodation arrangements, the sporting content, price and our safety management system, ensuring you have all the information you need to make your booking, clearly presented in writing.

Furthermore, to ensure that we match your individual schedule, we will reserve the tour arrangements for you without the need for you to make any commitment or payment, until you have had time to collect the deposits from your tour party.

Safety Management System
At Sport Experiences, the safety and wellbeing of you and your group is our absolute priority. We operate a detailed Safety Management System, with all suppliers chosen for their quality of their services, compliance with our safety management standards and experience in working with sports groups. All Sport Experiences accommodation is checked for comfort, convenience, safety and security. 24 hour office support is also provided throughout the duration of your time away with us.

Sport Experiences has been awarded The Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge. The Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge provides for the first time a national accreditation combining the essential elements of provision – learning and safety – into one easily recognisable and trusted Quality Badge for all types of Learning Outside the Classroom providers. Local authorities, other employers, the education workforce and parents will be able to recognise and have confidence in the Quality Badge scheme. The Department for Children, Schools and Families has worked in partnership with the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom to develop the LOtC Quality Badge.

Sport Experiences is also an Assured Member of the School Travel Forum. The School Travel Forum is a group of leading school tour operators who promote good practice and safety in school travel. All Assured Members of the STF adhere to a rigorous Code of Practice and Safety Management Standards and are externally verified each year by suitably qualified independent Health and Safety professionals. Choosing an STF Assured Member ensures teachers, schools and colleges are meeting the requirements of DCSF guidelines and that they can delegate important tasks with confidence.
