As part of the weekend, players will enjoy a private stadium tour where your team has the unique chance to find out what goes into running a Premier League football club. This includes VIP pitchside access including the dugouts, backroom access to visit the home dressing room and walk up the players' entrance and tunnel, photo opportunities with club trophies, access to the press conference area, media centre, and much more.
Whether you’re always informed on the latest football news, or choose to stay more on the sidelines, you’ll get to see what happens beyond the headlines on this exciting behind-the-scenes trip.
Aston Villa’s new inner city Academy facility at Brookvale is located just 600 yards from Villa Park and offers a new state-of-the-art hub for youth development at Aston Villa FC. This is where you'll spend time on the second day of the festival, allowing you and your players to benefit from the knowledge and skills of the academy coaching team.
The site opened in August 2023, offering an exciting new venue for young players to improve and refine their skills at training sessions. Not only that, but your coaches can also spend time with Aston Villa FC staff members for advice and tips on developing their team, so it’s a win-win for all!
On the final day of the festival, teams will participate in a competitive 6-aside tournament led by AVFC Inner City Academy. This gives your players the chance to practice what they’ve learned in the masterclasses and take part in a real tournament with other competing teams.
The tournament is followed by a presentation with medals and trophies, giving your players a physical reminder of the weekend which they can treasure and take away with them. The tournament and awards presentation are an excellent way for your players to come together and celebrate what they have learned and improved over their trip.
