Tour Itinerary

Day One

Depart from your local airport or by coach from the club stadium and travel to your destination hotel. On arrival you will check into your hotel and have the remainder of the evening free.

Day Two

This morning enjoy free time before transferring to the opposition's stadium for the match. Spend time at the stadium after the match to enjoy the host's hospitality and local refreshments before returning to your hotel.

Day Three

After breakfast, it's time to begin your journey home at the end of a thoroughly enjoyable and, hopefully, victorious three days away.

Your Tickets

Sport Experiences has previously organised Official Heineken Cup Supporter Tours for both The Ospreys and The Scarlets. Depending on the club and the fixture, we are either able to include the match ticket in our package price, however on some occasions it may be necessary to purchase your match tickets directly from the club.

Hotel Accommodation

You will be allocated a good three-star hotel, local to the match stadium. Normally this is in the centre of the nearest town or city to the opposition club's stadium. The rooms all have private facilities, telephones and TVs. We aim to use hotels with good bars and restaurants and you are assured of a warm welcome.
