Join us in Cape Town to see the worlds top teams compete in this amazing tournament. With strong competition from the home team, there is going to be heavy competition for New Zealand to retain their title, with the England, Australia and Jamaica teams strong contenders.
We will spend 10 days exploring beautiful Cape Town. In between training, friendly matches and attending a World Cup Game we will climb the iconic Table Mountain, one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, meet with the local communities and go on safari to see the 'Big 5'. Make your next netball tour the trip of a lifetime!
Each day we will start with a local exercise session which will include Yoga, Beach Runs, Body Strengthening and Zumba.
Meet local extreme ice swimmer and magnificent story teller Ryan Stramrood who holds two Guinness Book of Records, a solo English Channel crossing, 120 Robben Island crossings, first official "Ice Mile" in Antarctica.
The local teams from nearby schools are excited to welcome you to South Africa and are looking forward to playing some friendly matches.
Spend the morning with an award-winning Charity restoring ecosystems and empowering environmental stewards. We will join the local stewards planting Fynbos at a under greened community school.
Spend the morning in Masiphumelele Township and experience a whole different side to Cape Town.
Any trip to South Africa isn't complete without experiencing the wonders of a Safari. The Netball World Cup will be held in Cape Town from 28th July to 6th August 2023 at the International Convention Centre. We can arrange tickets for your team to courtside to see the elite athletes compete for the greatest prize in the Netball.
Not only will you have the opportunity to enjoy watching elite competition, you team can train and compete on South African soil. Each day will plan fun morning exercise sessions including beach runs, yoga and body strengthening, plus we will also arrange competitive matches for you with local school teams - strictly friendlies!
Your itinerary will be packed with amazing new experiences for your group, from meeting with the local communities to getting close up to all the local wildlife. Fantastic new memories will be made every single day!

Life in the township is cultural and festive. We will walk with our tour guide, through her home community and experience the vibrancy and life to be found in a South African township.

Fly from the UK and arrive Cape Town International Airport and meet the in-country team on arrival.
Morning
Arrive Cape Town to meet your in-country team. Transfer to The Team House in Noordhoek. Situated a few meters away from Noordhoek Beach, with majestic mountain views and the most beautiful sun sets.
Afternoon
While settling into our accommodation the team will host an orientation and welcome dinner.
Evening
After dinner you are in for a real African treat, a Djembe Drumming lesson.
Morning
After breakfast and a morning exercise session you will head to Boulders Beach to see the world famous penguin colony.
Afternoon
We'll have a packed lunch on the beach, before heading to Fish Hoek High School for an afternoon of Netball matches with the local teams.
Evening
Head back to Team House for a home cooked dinner.
Morning
After breakfast and our exercise session, we will head to Masiphumelele township a short drive away.
Afternoon
Led by our guide Mandy, we will experience a whole different side of Cape Town. We will pop into creches, community gardens, soup kitchens, the library and learn Xhosa along the way. We will finish the tour with a delicious lunch at Nonny Café.

Beach Netball / Attend a WC Game / Girls shopping trip to Kalk Bay
Morning
After breakfast and an exercise session we will venture to Cape Point. Cape Point is a promontory at the south-east corner of the Cape Peninsula, which is a mountainous and very scenic landform that runs north-south for about thirty kilometers at the extreme southwestern tip of the African continent. Cape Point is home to zebras, antelope, and over 250 species of birds. A nature enthusiasts paradise.
Afternoon
Visit Cape of Good Hope and then walk up to the lighthouse. Recharge our batteries with a packed lunch before heading to an afternoon of matches in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Spend a relaxing eve at The Team House.

Head to Kalk Bay where the eclectic mix of historic buildings, cobbled streets, bohemian shops, art galleries, ocean and mountain views offer a unique experience unlike anywhere else in the city.
Evening
Late afternoon we head back to The Team House for a hearty dinner.
Morning
After breakfast we set out to climb the iconic Table Mountain! Towering tall at over a thousand meters over Cape Town, Table Mountain is a great place for us to stretch our legs and on top of the mountain, we will enjoy light snacks with refreshments and catch the cable car down.
Afternoon
The afternoon is free to spend at the V&A Waterfront, an iconic mixed-use destination located in the oldest working harbour in the Southern Hemisphere.
Evening
Time for some shopping at V&A and an early evening dinner along the waterfront. Shuttle back to The Team House.
Morning
A full morning of Netball with a training session with Southside Academy. Founded in 2012 SSN is passionate about improving the quality of Netball on the South Peninsula. Since inception 24 of their players have received Provincial colours and some SA Level.
Afternoon
Training session will include footwork focus, ball skills, agility and speed, strength training, fitness and more.
Evening
After the excitement of the Games we will have a farewell Braai (BBQ) at Team House
Morning
After breakfast we will bid farewell to the beautiful South Peninsula and hit the open road on an overnight adventure to Aquila Private Game Reserve to see the Big 5!
Afternoon
On arrival we will be treated to welcome drinks and lunch then head on a 3 hour game drive in search of the Big 5!
Evening
Enjoy a traditional South African dinner and fall asleep to Night Jars calling and Lions roaring.
Morning
Early rise to capture the Big 5 one last time on an open safari vehicle. After a 2/3 hour game drive we will head back to camp for a delicious breakfast. Depart Aquila Game Reserve and shuttle back to Cape Town International Airport

Begin our journey home.

The Team House provides a wonderful home base with a magnificent setting of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
The house is situated a few meters away from Noordhoek Beach, and just below Chapmans Peak Drive with majestic mountain views and the most beautiful sun sets.
